Dynamic Portal (2015 - 2017)
Introduction
Dynamic Portal is an information system for students, it all began when I started to study computer science and realized how outdated and cumbersome the student information system was in AUT. Then it hit me that we can build a new one together with other students the way it'll be benefitical for both students and professors
The most difficult part of the job is the paperwork. There were many obstacles we needed to pass through. Putting together a team of young students considering our low experience was quite challenging for me and the team. I was blessed to have some the most talented people I have seen in my life. The project itself was a leaning experience for all of us and every member set to become a part of Iran's entrepreneur scene.
My Job
The hardest part of my job is the paperwork but it also involves managing the team, designing the general look and features, planning the meetings, taking polls from students and profs about the features, making sure that every part of the project is going forward on the timeline and generally making decisions for further developement.
